सुर्खेत । अमेरिकाका नागरिक जोन ग्रिरले विक्रम सम्वत् २०२३ देखि २०२५ सालमा दृश्याङ्कन गरेका सुर्खेतको विभिन्न ठाँउहरुको तस्वीरहरु हुन । हालको वीरेन्द्रनगर सुर्खेत कर्णाली प्रदेशको राजधानी हो । कर्णाली प्रदेशमा रहेको दश जिल्लाको राजनैतीक मात्र नभएर ब्यापारीक केन्द्र पनी हो वीरेन्द्रनगर । यो स्थान कर्णाली प्रदेशको प्रवेशद्धार पनी हो ।

Date: 1968 Location: Birendranagar, Surkhet Description: The early stages of the construction of Surkhet in the valley, following the relocation of many people from the surrounding mountains. Prior to that, until the eradication of malaria, most people worked their fields in the valley but then climbed back up to their homes at nighttime.

Date: 1967-1968 Location: Surkhet Description: Mountain-top school house, located in a sparsely inhabited area of the northwestern area of Surkhet District.

Date: 1967 Location: Birendranagar, Surkhet Description: Post office, with postmaster sitting at desk and his assistants working on processing stamping mail. The only mailbox in the Surkhet Valley at that time is hanging under the edge of the roof.

Date: 1968 Location: Birendranagar, Surkhet Description: Digging of the borders for a road that will stretch from one end of the Surkhet Valley to the other. The men seen in the middle beat their drums and the digging was done to the beat.

Date: 1969 Locaiton: Lekhpharsa, Surkhet Description: Men building the structure for a culvert that will be part of a kulo (irrigation canal). The logs were cut with axes made by the local blacksmith.

She would return with nearly five gallons of waters, in addition to everything else.
