Unveiling the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 powered S2, OnePlus said it will launch a new S series smartphone powered by the Dimension chip. OnePlus revealed that the name of the new S smartphone powered by Dimension chip is OnePlus S2V.
Now, OnePlus has announced that the S2V will be launched in China on March 7 at 2:30pm local time, reports GSMArena.
OnePlus also posted a short video on its official website showing the design and color options of the S2.
However, OnePlus has not yet given detailed information about the S2’s specs. But if NTUTU is to be believed, the phone is said to come with Dimensity 9000 SoC, 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, 512GB UFS 3.1 storage and Android 13. It is also mentioned that the S2V will have a 120 Hz screen.
Similarly, OnePlus S2V and S2 are expected to release specs. Although the specs of the two phones are the same, OnePlus S2V is said to come with a Dimension 9000 chip, a 64-megapixel primary camera and 80-watt charging.
