Sony’s Xperia 10 IV mid-range was announced in May last year and launched in June. So the Xperia 10 V is naturally expected to replace the Xperia 10 IV at some point in the next few months. Similarly, high-quality CAD-based renders of Sony’s upcoming model have been leaked by traditionally trusted sources, according to GSMArena.
Compared to the 2022 model, Sony Xperia 10V model is not expected to have a fresh and new design. The leaked images reveal the Xperia 10V’s button positioning, camera island size and shape, and LED flash positioning in the exact same design language as the Xperia 10 IV.
The new model has gained a little thickness on all sides compared to the previous one. The 2023 model retains the 2015-era top and bezels and is said to have no waterdrop notch or hole punches.
The Xperia 10 will also be the first in the 10 series to feature stereo speakers, and for that reason, the issue is considered to be quite big and new. Also, the Xperia 10V display is estimated to be around 6.1 inches diagonally and the screen size has been increased by a small amount from its predecessor’s 6-inch panel.
